On Saturday night with the roof closed at Chase Field, the Arizona Diamondbacks shut out the Los Angeles Dodgers 3-to-0. Corbin Burnes showed why he was the most sought-after right-handed starter in the 2024-2025 offseason when he hurled seven scoreless innings. Dustin May had a fantastic outing of 6.2 innings. The Dodgers are tied with the San Diego Padres at the top of the National League Western Division.
Shohei Ohtani singled to begin the game, but Mookie Betts hit into a double play.
